It’s interesting to me, when I’m not dieting at the end of the day I obsessively beat myself up for the poor choices I made during the day. And I think how I will eat better tomorrow and how I want to lose 20+ pounds. I have days now after eating well and exercising when I question why I bother, if I should give up, and if I ate too much! I’m looking forward to working out tomorrow but the rest I question?!
It really does correlate with the scale! Lol as much as I love it because it keeps me focused I often wonder why it moves so slow. I’ve been steady though. It requires persistence. I have that! I’m just amazed that at the end of the day I can still be negative!
