Weight loss is slow and sometimes the scale doesn’t move or even goes up! BUT….
Time keeps on ticking and the truth is if you do this an it takes a year that’s okay because what if you didn’t do this? And its a year from now, you will be worse off and it’ll be more difficult. You could spend everyday wishing you ate right yesterday or started a week ago but you just start making healthy changes today instead of obsessing about it and thinking its something for other people you can do it. And it might be a really slow process and you might have days when the scale fights you. Weeks even… But do not give up. You are worth this and life is worth it.
