I’m 11 pounds from my goal. I feel good! I’m down 20 but it’s like the past month I have been on self destruct mode! It’s like close you eyes and stuff as much in your mouth as you can! I have been stressed but I’m coming back to kind of normal. I need to get back on track because this is not the life I want. I want healthy and better.
I’m not going to do that thing to myself where I spend months over eating and beating myself up every single night!I will start tomorrow by logging again.
