I have a feeling this will flicker back up but I thought I’d note it anyway! Today I hit 159.8!! Last night I had the saltiest salad with creamy dressing and a beer! Its funny that Friday / Saturday I use as my flexing zigzag days. I don’t like to weigh myself Sunday morning but I probably will anyway out of curiosity.

Not sure this goal will stick but the next is to hit actual 159 and be down 15 pounds. I am so proud of myself. I am going to go through Nicole’s cookbook see what I can find to make this week. Also want to hit the store and get some turkey or chicken or both. Make turkey burgers!
