It’s hard to believe I am 75 days into making healthier choices. It’s interesting to me the only time during the day that I feel like I’m living at a calorie deficit is bedtime. I usually feel hungry around bedtime but using the tricks of water, and low calorie foods has made a big difference. Yes, you read it right I am down 14 pounds!! I can’t believe it either!!! I almost feel bad posting it in my weight loss group when others are stagnate. I know how that feels!! I have 20 pounds left to go to hit my goal of 140.
