When you decide to lose weight, it’s for yourself. It isn’t for the compliments from those around us but those are quite beautiful too.
I’ve lost 12 pounds. I’ve been exercising too. Today was the first day I’ve heard a compliment! I was starting to wonder if it was noticeable to others. I felt like it was noticeable for me with the first five. But I know I have a long way to go still.
It feels so great when others recognize your hard work! I’m pretty excited to be two pound from my next goal of 159 pounds. I wonder with the secret I have discovered, low calorie and high volume foods, if I will finally be able to get to 135 pounds. This was a thinner weight for me but maintainable and healthy. I’ll see how I feel as I go along.
