Its fascinating to me that when I first started trying to lose the weight it so hard to figure out what combination or how it worked or why. Don’t get me wrong, I am NOT all knowledgeable or dietician, but for me its discovering the balance of water, calories and fitness but even more so beyond that, the realization that what I am doing is totally sustainable! That I actually like the foods I am eating and that once I get to the spot of feeling like healthier weight that I will be able to swap into maintenance calories!
