All week I was hovering in at a surprising 162. I was so pleased by this number. Then today it bounced back up to 163. This really threw me off and I spent today confused about what to eat trying to get back to it for my weigh in!
I’m not kidding! I had an ok breakfast but lunch was gross then For dinner I felt like I needed a lighter choice and I felt disappointed!
I didn’t blow the day just feel like it was not great and my choices where meh! Like unsatisfactory! Have you ever made a meal and said this is not what I want! That was me for two out of three meals.
Tomorrow will be better!
