Yesterday I hit 10 pounds lost and today I have returned to 9 pounds. I am not surprised I didn’t drink enough water and I had a frozen dinner for dinner last night. Sodium is NEVER my friend! So today I am vigilant and trying to consume as much water as possible. I actually expected it but I am ok with it anyway. It’s all good!
What really bugged me though was the person on my friend group online losing double what I lost in the same amount of time! That blows my mind. Like what in the? And what am I doing wrong? LOL. It’s ok I guess we are all different, I complained to a friend and they said maybe I had too many cheats. Legit wanted to punch them out. LOL. I have been so stringent and careful (while still having foods I like and remaining in my range).
