The most common question I see in my weight loss group is how do I get started? Everyone has specific health issues and they just want to start and or do not know where to begin. Its overwhelming and confusing and sometimes it seems like impossible! Its not, you can do this. Even if you cannot exercise you can start trying to for correct portions, by measuring. Then from there you could try to count your daily caloric intake and be honest with yourself. A great motivational weight loss coach once told me start off with small things, like drinking more water. Eating less dessert, etc. Take the first step but track it and keep yourself accountable. Weigh in and make it official, so you are committing to doing something about your weight problem. This was how I got started, I am not expert. Please let me know what works for you?
