It fascinates me as I don’t drink soda or juice. I drink coffee with no sugar and water. That’s it. But I wasn’t getting enough water! This really blows my mind that if you don’t get enough water you retain water. The scale moves slower. This was really difficult for me to grasp. Because well why? I wasn’t thirsty and I had two bottles a day. I decided to up my intake and I immediately noticed a change in the scale! How is that?? It’s really fascinating to me. So here I am fighting the good fight trying to drink 8 glasses a day. I’ll keep you posted on how this is going but I wanted to share with you do not underestimate your need for WATER!!
