Another book I started reading. This is my favorite type of book. It exposes the truth about the “healthcare” industry and diets. We fall for it because first we trust our doctors and second we want a solution or answer to make things better. He followed a similar diet to that of the Get Off Your Sugar book. I do eat sugar but since I’ve cut back on certain foods I never make my sugar intake goal, and I’m usually way under.
I recommend reading this book, at least thumbing through it. He exposes how the medical journals have been flooded with so many different diets research that it’s rendered useless. It’s kind of similar to other public health issues. His first book is great too, How Not To Die.
