Intermittent fasting, did I do that?!

I keep hearing about people using intermittent fasting. I always think no thanks but I realized that I kind of already do this one as well. I start eating around 9-930am and finish eating around 5-6pm. I try not to snack after my last meal.

This wasn’t something that I did before so I really have to force myself not to snack. I didn’t realize that this was even a tactic that I was doing but I’ve found that by doing this I feel better. Yes, I go to bed feeling hungry but I truly believe your body is doing its job burning calories and fat when you do this.

Do you use intermittent fasting to lose weight?
