BeachBody is so popular because of all the coaches that sell it to you on social media. I’ve always been impressed by the dedication and marketing concepts some of them use to sell BeachBody products. And I have at least three friends who have made this into a career and three others who dabbled in it part-time. With that said I have never been a fan of any of their workout programs. I don’t know why but I’d always try them and they gave me no motivation whatsoever. The only product of theirs that I love is the Shakeology. I have never experienced significant weight loss drinking the shakes but I love having a chocolate pb2 banana smoothie made with almond milk. For me it has not been successful but like anything, you’d have success if you do it consistently. I don’t know why challenges don’t appeal to me.
