Have you tried noom? I have and here is my take.
First off, what is NOOM?
Noom is an application that creates new habits through daily, positive, cognitive behavioral therapy with positive dieting information. It recommends eating foods that are higher in water base and it categorizes food into three color groups. You log your food intake, have group and a support coach.
Does it work? I lost a few pounds using noom but lost interest in the application. I appreciate the positive aspect of it.
For me, it works best to do this on my own. I log calories, measuring weight and body. Making adjustments based on what is or isn’t working. And the realization is anything works as long as you stay with it consistently.
