Yesterday I was reading about metabolism and ladies over 40 and stress etc. I feel like its silly how much emphasis there is on all these scientific details. There are videos / articles that say KETO is the way to go. Calorie deficit is the way to go! Then my favorite is the ones that say NO that’s the worst you can do. As I try to lose weight and I am eating 1200 calories and NOT losing I wonder what the hell will happen if I go back. LOL. I’d be 10lbs up by now. I feel like the incredible expanding lady. Oh well. So I am feeling pretty good about the exercise I have been doing. Been trying to do more step; I found since I increased the height on my step I want to not do it as long. I need to build my strength.
